Very professional

I hired this company expecting a professional moving service — but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.

• Unpacking was not completed as agreed, leaving me to deal with boxes on my own.

• They drilled into my wall unevenly, leaving visible chipping — pieces even fell into my printer, risking damage to my equipment.

• When I reported the issue, they refused to send personnel back to fix the wall or tidy up, despite the mess they left behind.

I gave them a chance to make things right, but they did not follow through. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for careful handling of their belongings or good after-service support.

Professional movers should take responsibility for damage they cause — this company did not.

The boys were super efficient. Communicated very well pre and post packing. They even helped unscrew my filter shower and sink and put it back on, which was too tight for me. Such good value for money, I made sure to tip the boys after. Highly recommend using their service. I did quite a bit of pre packing but they literally do everything should you need it, like me 4 weeks post abdomen operation.
